Since I'm self-employed, it's difficult for me to get away for any extended length of time. I was born and raised in Michigan and am still amazed and delighted each time I find a new Michigan treasure. That's why I usually stay close to home and travel in Michigan.

This site was created because I was having trouble locating places that I could travel with my dog, Betsy. (That's her photo in the upper left hand corner). So, I started doing some research and stopping at "pet-friendly" places when I traveled in Michigan. Soon, I was asking friends if they knew of any "pet-Friendly" people or places in Michigan.

If you know of any pet-friendly people or places in Michigan, please contact them or just add their information to this site. I'll gladly add them to the listing "free" for the first six months. After the initial period, they'll be asked to pay a nominal yearly fee to help pay for the hosting and maintenance of this site. And, please, if you find any person or place listed on this site that doesn't prove to be "pet-friendly", contact me and I'll remove them from the site.
